Loneliness is the feeling of being isolated. This feeling of isolation appears when you think something is not right with your life, when you think people will not understand what you want to say, when you have trouble fitting in, when you miss someone, when there's a breakdown in your family or when you have lost someone, when you are emotionally frustrated, when you are extremely demotivated. The result is you feel empty, alone or unwanted. Loneliness, according to many experts, is not necessarily about being alone. Instead, it is the perception of being alone and isolated that matters most. For example, a college freshmen might feel lonely despite being surrounded by roommates and other peers. At such a moment instead of feeling low and disconnected and thinking about everything in the world, what you can do is shift the entire focus of your mind on yourself. When we let our focus shift away from people and things around us, we end up thinking critically about our own selves, the thing that we do the least normally. If you make friends with yourselves you will never be alone. It can be a great sort of replenishment. Its about thinking all the positive things about you and draining out all the negativity. At such a time you just cannot loose. The most beautiful people are the ones who have known defeat, known loss, known suffering, known struggle and yet have managed to keep there spirits high and have found their way out of the depths. You need to be able to recharge on your own sometimes. Knowing yourself is the toughest job and you cannot do that without a break. Remember sometimes you may feel lost and alone, but God knows exactly where you are, and He has a good plan for your life. :) :)

The Comfort Of Lies
Lying is probably one of the most common wrong acts that we carry out but it is an unavoidable part of human nature. Most people would say that lying is always wrong, except when there's a good reason for it - which means that it's not always wrong. So Lies are acceptable and morally correct when you have a strong reason to lie which can be to protect someone or in doing something good with a simple lie. But if you look deeply in the realm of lying, you will notice that sometimes people lie not to deceive others, but to deceive themselves. Lying creates all the COMFORT stories and people prefer to live in their own comforted twisted version rather than believing the reality. They tend to give themselves illusions and little stories to make life more bearable. People also lie because of the thought that others might hate them on reception of the truth, so for them its better to lie and be normal rather than saying the truth and be hated upon. So Lying is not all that easy. Well Lies are not the solution always but it is better in acute cases where the truth will be a lot devastating either for others or for themselves. My guess is there are some very fragile egos, some very hurt people underneath and the lies are built up to protect that. So the next time if you see someone lying try not to be judgemental but to understand the cause of the lies and then act on it. :-) ;-)
